Abandoning The Polarity Traps

~ January 24, 2024

You will reach a point in your awakening when you will be instinctively moved and made acutely aware that to progress any further, you must begin abandoning and laying down these deeply ingrained “polarity traps” of light vs. dark, good vs. bad, wrong vs. right, etc..

Not because these polarities do not exist within consciousness, they certainly do. But because to awaken fully means that one has truly seen and accepted that ALL is the play of consciousness within duality. Each is a necessary element for the functioning of the totality of manifest consciousness.

There would not have been a Christ were it not for the crucifixion. The lion would starve were it not for more feeble prey to feast on. The moon and sun tell us this is so, as nature is the perfect demonstration of the multiplicity of this functioning intelligence of opposites in polarity.

The difficulty of transcending this phase is not without travail and initial fear. Religion and unhealed man has made it difficult to do so. All way-showers were fully liberated beings and gave various instructions towards this freedom. Yet ignorant men with fear in their hearts who lacked love and understanding wanted control and made cumbersome systems of these teachings.

The enslavement of souls is the great travesty of this world. Enlightenment is total freedom. Freedom from self concepts and also freedom from constraints imposed by teachers who lack understanding and pure love.
