Quiet Reflections on Healing & Inner Truth

It’s not so much that we don’t have the answers to our own life’s mysteries, challenges, pangs, and lessons; it’s that we’re not deeply engaged in our own inner truth-seeking.

Darkness The Invited Stranger Here

~ January 16, 2024

Some of us have experienced so much darkness that we have befriended it in ways that no longer serve our path forward.

We became so familiar with pain that we at some point began to befriend and feed it as though it were a much too familiar companion.

And so to our abodes it returned, again and again. Until one day we were in agreement that it should stay. No longer a guest, it soon ruled the home of our heart.

When will you bid it go? Kindly, gently remind this traveler it must be off for love needs this space.
