Conscious Living

I have nothing to sell you. Nothing here that is “new”. I invite you to set aside your spiritual concepts and second-hand knowledge, that you may abide wholeheartedly in the fullness of your own true Self.Β  – Shambo ~ Mark

Spiritual Growing Pains

~ Written May 6, 2025. Reflections on the friction of transformation, the necessity of spiritual rebirth, and the evolution of consciousness as we grow beyond our former limitations.Β

The human will, when marshaled by the mind alone, is not enough to overcome the inner resistance we will often face on our awakening journey, as we begin to move and operate in the world in new ways.
The grace evoked by one’s unwavering conviction in the unseen power must intervene.

Only through fervent prayer, meditation, and devotion to one’s own inner truth can these seeming obstacles be overcome. These junctures cannot be transcended by the human alone β€” for we are entering domains in consciousness where, in fact, the base human cannot function or operate comfortably.

We are being reborn β€” transfigured as something new, yet strangely familiar, as if it had always been. Because in reality, this is much closer to our natural state β€” our true identity.
We are being reborn of Spirit during these seasons.

Each occurrence gently β€” or more often than not, not so gently β€” defragments the whole of our beingness into a more non-dual experience, lifting it from its purely human form into something truer, more comfortable to exist in.

The contents have outgrown the container.
And so, it becomes necessary that we begin to experience a more expansive, freer way of being in the world.
Consciousness is evolving and ever-expanding.
And simply stated, we are consciousness poured into this human container.
