A good sign of emotional maturity and growth is when we begin to value truth above just wanting to feel good.
For it’s often in the sting of truth that our chains to both illusion and self-delusion are being broken.
What is the distance between how you present yourself to others in the world and who you are now in truth? That gap will either be your delusion or your journey into freedom.
Tell the truth not just to others, but most importantly to yourself.
Be that truth.
For it is your only freedom and hope in a world of masks.
