Quiet Reflections on Healing & Inner Truth

It’s not so much that we don’t have the answers to our own life’s mysteries, challenges, pangs, and lessons; it’s that we’re not deeply engaged in our own inner truth-seeking.

A Prayer for the Heart

~ Written July 7, 2026. – Day 7,848 Clean & Sober. Reflections on hope, grace, and the many forms in which grace meets us.

When you choose to be… I hope you feel seen, appreciated, and honored. When you speak from your heart… I pray that you feel heard and met in your own space.

When you ache on the inside… I hope that you find comfort. And when you reach out, looking for the jewel that we call hope… that you discover its many forms sent to greet you.
