Coming Home to Your Own Heart
~ Written October 3, 2026. – Day 7,936 Clean & Sober.
Reflections on integrity, belonging, and the quiet cost of abandoning your own heart in pursuit of approval.
If you are not intouch and rooted in your own integrity, wholesomeness and values you will be constantly steered and influenced by “curated popular culture”.
You have abandoned what you truly believe in your own heart in favor of wanting to be liked and admired by the masses. A friend of the world yet a stranger to oneself. What a lonely existence this must be and rightfully so.
Why not come home to your own heart and dine in abundance with a few rather than tirelessly meandering among the masses, nourished only by crumbs?
