Our Own Heart’s Garden of Love

We had experienced so much lovelessness and loss in this world that we at some point, either knowingly or unknowingly, vowed to ourselves that we would spend the rest of our lives creating spaces like gardens of love in our OWN hearts.

That we might never lose ourselves again to shallow minded mortals who envy angels and do not understand this love. For they are broken beings who in their own ignorance, callousness and pain wounded deeply that vulnerable humanness of our hearts.

It is much more than a cozy space. It is heaven my dear. Unassailable, untouchable by the mortal. It is the highest of heights in the purest of hearts. The mightiest of fortresses without a single wall. Yet fiercely protected by the mightiest of all powers… that of pure love.

It is a beacon of light that shines bright like the July summer sun on all. It instinctively and intuitively of its own intelligence reminds anyone that’s lost in their darkness… that if they haven’t already, they too should begin sewing seeds of beautiful intentional self-love, deeply and purposefully into their own heart’s garden of love.
